Students will learn how to make better food choices (ie. contemplate your breakfast plate) and creative ways to be physically active (ie. make family time active time). Appropriate: preschool to grade 8.

Age appropriate fact sheets, brochures, activity pages, window clings, stickers and tattoos to accompany the demonstration and display.

Sugar-Just 12 Teaspoons?

Students will realize their consumption of sugar and learn how to calculate teaspoons of sugar in their favorite food from the food label through this interactive sugar demonstration. (also available in video) Length: 20-30 minutes
